Every room is a suite, villa or penthouse. One-bedroom ocean view suites suit couples and small families, two-bedroom suites give parents and children separate rooms, and the penthouses add a private pool with the ocean at your feet. Rooms have a Nespresso machine.

The food runs from Rome to Riviera Nayarit, with Italian wines. An Italian restaurant under a palapa near the main pool makes fresh pasta and wood-fired pizza, Brunello is the wine bar, Omaggio serves a buffet for breakfast and dinner facing the pool, and Lemmon Grass does signature dinners beside the central pool. Insú Sky Bar is a rooftop restaurant and bar with an infinity pool, good at sunrise or sunset.

Five heated pools spread the crowd, from the main pool and a semi-private pool for Demi Pool guests to a children's beach-style zone and the infinity pool at Mozzamare Beach Club. The beach club is the water side of the stay, with Balinese beds, a full menu from breakfast to dinner, kayaking, diving and an outdoor cinema on the sand. There are no lifeguards. A daily program of water sports, weekly tastings and nightly shows runs alongside a Kids Club and Teens Club, and Mélange World Spa offers treatments from around the world. Tips are included.
