Rooms and suites follow the setting. Lush Suites face the garden, Armony Suites face the ocean, and the Allure Junior Suites look onto the jungle, with swim-up versions. Two-bedroom lock-off suites and the two-bedroom Serenity Suite take larger families. Each room comes with welcome snacks, a Nespresso machine, deluxe bath amenities and a beach bag to use at the hotel.

Five restaurants and four bars share the plan. ParrotFish serves Japanese food with Mexican Pacific ingredients, beside a Johnnie Walker bar, and Divum is the signature dinner room for guests 18 and over. Essence cooks contemporary international dishes, La Brise runs live cooking stations under an open-air palapa with ocean views, and Al Fresco serves pizza and pasta. Drops is the infinity pool bar, Blend is an ocean-view bistro for coffee, beer and wine, and Legends, a sports bar, is on the way.

Guests of any age are welcome, but Tower 1, the Allure Deck and Pool, Tower 3 and its pool and the VIP area with the Cañada and Vista jacuzzis are for 18 and over. Mélange World Spa is the adults' spa, with treatments drawn from Turkey, Italy, Russia, Thailand and beyond. Entertainment, water activities and wellness sessions fill the day, and tips are included. Tours are booked separately.

It suits couples who want the adults-only towers, and families who want a beach, a spa and a plan with tips included.
