Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta stands on Paseo de los Cocoteros in Nuevo Vallarta, on the Nayarit side of Banderas Bay. The resort has been reimagined and takes reservations for winter 2026/27, so the rooms and public spaces are new.

There are 362 rooms and ocean-view suites, dressed with a Mexican accent and custom furniture, many with views over the bay. The Deluxe room is 457.5 square feet with a king bed or two doubles. Every room has a minibar with soda, water, juice and domestic beer, and guitars and Crosley turntables can be borrowed on request.

Five restaurants share the plan. Ciao is the Italian room, Zen serves Asian food from izakaya to teppanyaki and sushi, Ipanema is the Brazilian restaurant under a skylit roof, and UMO cooks Mexican food over fire and smoke, with Pacific and Banderas Bay influences. The Market covers the buffet and Pizzeto the brick-oven pizza. The plan includes top-shelf international spirits and Chilean wines.

Two pools wind through the grounds between palms. One carries a water slide, a chaise pool, a hot tub and a family pool, and Bali beds face the water. The Rock Spa has thirteen treatment rooms for singles and couples, two of them outdoors, and Body Rock is the fitness center. The Roxity Kids Club takes ages 4 to 12.

It suits families and groups who want a music-flavoured resort with premium drinks and calls home included.
