There are 243 rooms in eight types. The main building has the Pyramid Suite, Ocean Front, Ocean View, Sunset View and Standard rooms, with king or double beds, bathrobes and slippers, a coffee maker and a pillow menu. The Pyramid Master Suite has a bedroom and a living room with large picture windows, and some suites have a jacuzzi or plunge pool. Three adults-only types, the Sian Ka'an Master Suite, Junior Suite and Standard, sit in their own wing.
Food is the draw: 23 restaurants and 16 bars across the complex, with Mexican, French, Italian, Japanese and international cooking, some of it ranked among TripAdvisor's Top 10 in Cancun. Benazuza serves techno-emotional cuisine. The Black Sens, Benazuza Premium Bar, Cigar Corner, Cocoa Beach Club and Sian Ka'an Club Pool Bar carry an extra charge. Fontainebleau is the lounge bar with live shows, and it is one of the bars for guests 18 and over.
