Rooms are pale and open, with sea or garden views and a minibar restocked daily. Beyond the premium rooms the suites have names: Aqua Suite, Wellness Suite, Honeymoon Suite, Fuego Suite and Presidential Suite. The Aqua Club level is the top tier, with a butler who writes before arrival and stays through the stay, plus the Aqua Club Lounge.
Food is overseen by Chef César Germain. Hidden Garden serves Asian dishes among the greenery, MB and Varena are among the restaurants, Sea Corner has a table by the sand, Sushi Station and La Taqueria cover the casual end, and the breakfast buffet is Mexican with an Italian buffet at night. Siete and Azur complete the list. Carnivore Prime Steakhouse is outside the plan. Drinks run from the Pool Club to Shore Club on the beach, with Azur Cocktail and Lounge, AKA Bar and Egos Bar, and Coffee and Deli serves Starbucks coffee at no charge.
Feel Harmony Spa is aromatherapy based, open 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, and a Natura Bissé partner. There is a tennis court, a gym described as the best equipped in the zone, and daily activities and entertainment.
