All 593 rooms are suites. A Junior Suite King is a quiet room with a king bed, marble bathroom and a balcony of 10 square meters. The INSPIRA suites go further: INSPIRA Junior Suites with swim-out access, and the 145-square-meter Rooftop Suite with a private rooftop terrace, an outdoor hydro plunge and a pergola bed, looked after by a personal butler. INSPIRA guests get a dedicated rooftop pool and lounge on the fifth floor, the El Cielo Sky Bar at night, hydrotherapy at NUUP Spa and VIP lounge access at Cancún airport.
Thirteen restaurants and two coffee shops sit on the Dine-Around plan, with twelve bars. María Dolores by Edgar Núñez is the chef-led room for contemporary Mexican cooking (reservation and extra cost). Mercado 19 plays on a Mexican market, El Suspiro looks at the sea and does Caribbean lobster at dinner, Cilento is Italian, Los Abrazos grills meat, Takeshi covers Asian dishes, Kopai Japanese, Cala di Luna the Mediterranean, and Alba the healthy menu. Bars run from the Lobby Bar Don Fernando and La Cantina to swim-up bars on the pools, and El Deseo Theater Bar stages cinema and theater at night.
Five heated pools are spread across the grounds. NUUP Spa has treatment rooms across three levels, with virtual-reality treatments and double spa suites with tubs, and the gym has Technogym equipment. Non-motorized water sports are included, and golf from the first day of the stay is arranged through the concierge at an extra charge.
It suits couples and groups of adult friends who want a big, polished resort with serious dining.
