Royal Solaris Los Cabos is built in Mexican hacienda style around gardens and pools, with the beach at its front door. Every room has an oversized balcony, a daily restocked minibar, a coffee and tea maker and air conditioning, and categories run from garden and city view to ocean view and oceanfront. Some terraces have a whirlpool.

Five restaurants cover the day. Cafe Solaris serves an international buffet in front of the pool and beach, Panchos is Mexican, Marco Polo does Italian, Mediterranean and French, and Zai is Oriental. Rosmarinus runs a different buffet every day at the palapa on the beach. Four bars include a sports bar, a lobby bar with live music and DJs, and a palapa swim-up bar.
