Rooms are junior suites and above. The Jr. Suite is 40 square metres with a balcony or terrace, with courtyard, partial sea and sea views, connecting versions and an accessible suite. The Grande Jr. Suite is 46 square metres. Elite Club by RIU is the premium tier, with Jr. Suites at partial ocean view and ocean front view, and a 70 square metre Suite ocean front view. It brings premium drinks, a welcome gift and aromatherapy in the room.
Eight restaurants cover the range. Promenade is the main buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with live cooking, a terrace with sea views and two special nights a week. Krystal serves gourmet fusion a la carte, Yu Hi is Asian, Agave is Mexican, and Sofia is Italian with a starter and dessert buffet. Guacamole is a lunch buffet that becomes a steakhouse at dinner, Pepe's Food is the snack buffet with a terrace, and the Elite Club restaurant is the romantic a la carte option for Elite Club guests.
