The rooms run from 39 m² Deluxe Ocean View rooms with a king bed or two queens to 43 m² rooms with a terrace. Families get 95 m² Junior Suites with a kitchenette, a Family Suite and a Master Suite, and at the top there is a 120 m² Presidential Suite.

Eating is organised around Plaza Mexicana for Mexican dishes, Colores for a different international table every day, and La Terraza for Mediterranean cooking with Italian spices. Pérgola does a mixed grill with ocean views, Costa Azul cooks seafood, vegetables and meats, the Oyster Bar serves fish and seafood with ocean views, and La Pizzería covers pizzas and sandwiches between meals. Drinks come from the Lobby Bar El Palmar for the Pacific sunsets, Bar Sunset and Bar Arrecife beside the pools, and Bar Húmedo in the pool.

Tours are part of the rate: a kayak and snorkel outing, a sailing tour and a bicycle ride. Dogs are welcome on the beach.
